‘The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes’ foregår i begyndelsen af Hunger Games-universet, hvor vi følger en ung Coriolanus Snow, tidligere spillet af Donald Sutherland i de første Hunger Games film. Coriolanus Snow bliver nu spillet af Tom Blyth.
